Nirupama holds a Masters degree in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an undergraduate degree in commerce. She has worked with Citibank in the area of Corporate Banking. She was then the General manager and Director for Achieve Global India. Nirupama has also worked as a Senior Training Consultant with Genpact(then GE Capital Financial Services).Nirupama is a Senior Experienced Affiliate with Aberkyn and has been working as a leadership facilitator with Mckinsey since 2010. During this time, she has engaged on a variety on interventions on long term transformation engagements, top team alignment and Personal Transformation interventions.
